The working principle of the topping online winding machine is to first wrap the surrounding layers of the pallet. The height will be automatically detected by photoelectricity. The plastic film roll will be placed on the film discharge roller of the lifting frame, and the film will be discharged. The roller is driven to rotate by the motor and sprocket chain, so that the film roll rotates and discharges the plastic film. The plastic film is held in place by clips. Then the motor of the conveyor frame starts running to transport the film forward. After it is transported to the pallet, the clamps automatically open and cut off the film. It quickly returns to the initial position before work. The film is coated for the next cycle, and the top film is removed from the surrounding layers.
