Product introduction
Gas and air are premixed evenly before entering the combustion head. The combustion head is in the shape of a metal cylinder, and a metal mesh (made of a special alloy) is used to wrap the surface of the metal cylinder. In fully premixed combustion, the flame is only generated on the surface of the burner, and the actual size of the flame is the same as the size of the combustion head. Therefore, the fully premixed burner does not require a large furnace size and can still achieve perfect combustion in a small furnace. When the metal fiber surface burns, the combustion is uniform and local high-temperature areas cannot be formed. The temperature of the flame surface is relatively low, thus inhibiting the generation of NOx.
Application scope
Suitable for: occasions where the temperature is required to be uniform, not high, and the flame is stable.
Such as: igniters of small heating boilers and temporary heating equipment.
After-sales service commitment:
1. When the supplier delivers the goods, he shall provide the buyer with the equipment instruction manual (electrical schematic diagram, circuit diagram, etc.) as well as the installation and maintenance instructions and packing list.
2. The equipment has a one-year warranty and lifetime maintenance.
3. During the warranty period, for equipment failures caused by non-human factors, the seller will respond within 4 hours when the equipment fails and provide technical support to solve the problem as quickly as possible. During the warranty period, we are responsible for providing damaged parts and accessories free of charge. After the warranty period, only the cost of accessories will be charged.
