Common faults and solutions of packaging machines

Packaging machinery has become one of the top ten industries in my country's machinery industry. There are many types of wrapping machines, but they all work in the same way, using wrapping film to wrap goods. Failures will inevitably occur during the use of the machine. So what are the common failures of the winding machine and how to solve them?

Before using the machine, check the wiring of the winding and packaging machine (including switches) and confirm that the fire, zero, and ground wires are connected properly. Check whether the equipment components are damaged or loose, and then start the machine to check the operation of each component:
1. If the power indicator light of the winding machine does not light
up, check whether the power key switch is turned on. If it still does not light up, check whether the central control switch in the electric control cabinet is turned on. .

After using the machine, you need to turn off the power to maintain the machine.
2. The turntable of the winding machine does not start
and the inverter is burned out. The phenomenon is that there is no display and the inverter needs to be replaced. The
inverter parameter setting is wrong and the settings are different for each company. It is necessary to contact the supplier's technical department to reset the parameters.
The turntable motor itself is faulty and needs to be detected. Whether the motor is missing or broken down, if it cannot be repaired on site, replace the motor;
the knob is damaged and the chassis does not rotate, the knob needs to be replaced;
the PLC has no output, replace it with a new PLC;
if there is a problem with the chain, check whether the chain has fallen off the sprocket.
3. The turntable of the winding machine cannot stop normally and
the chassis travel switch is not reset. Replace with a new travel switch;
the PLC point is broken. Re-enter the program or replace the PLC. Relatively speaking, it is more convenient to directly replace the PLC. The supplier will input the program first and then send it, and you can just replace it directly. The input procedure requires professionals to do it. The procedure is complicated and can easily waste time.
4. If the mold base of the winding machine
does not rise due to lifting failure, check: whether the upper limit switch is damaged and whether the photoelectric height sensor senses an object;
if it does not go down, check: whether the lower limit switch is damaged.
5. The mold frame of the winding machine shakes when it moves up and down.
At this time, check whether the chain is too loose, adjust the chain tightness appropriately, and remember to add lubricating oil every 2-3 months to maintain the chain;
 Choose a double-chain driven winding machine for more stable operation, reliability and durability.
