The application of bag dust collectors is mainly limited by the operating performance of the filter cloth such as temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. Generally, the operating temperature of filter cloth is less than 300°C. Bag dust collectors are not suitable for removing dust particles with strong adhesiveness and hygroscopicity. , especially the flue gas temperature cannot be lower than the dew point temperature, otherwise frost will form on the filter cloth, causing the paste bag to be blocked, thus affecting the normal operation of the bag dust collector.
Bag dust collector is a dry dust filtering device. It is suitable for capturing fine, dry, non-fibrous dust. The filter bag is made of textile filter cloth or non-woven felt, and uses the filtration effect of fiber fabric to filter dust-containing gas. When the dust-containing gas enters the bag dust collector, the dust with large particles and heavy specific gravity will be removed due to gravity. It will settle down and fall into the ash hopper. When the gas containing fine dust passes through the filter material, the dust is blocked, thus the gas can be purified.

2. Filter bag: The filter bag is the core component of the dust collector, usually made of polyester fiber, polypropylene fiber and other materials. It has high strength, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and other properties, and can effectively capture dust.

5. Injection device: The injection device is an important component for injecting gas in the dust collector, and is usually located at the outlet of the pulse valve. It can blow gas to the inner surface of the filter bag at a certain pressure and flow rate to achieve the purpose of dust cleaning.
6. Control system: The control system is an important component in the dust collector that controls the operation of the entire equipment. It is usually composed of PLC, relays and other control components. It can control various components regularly or quantitatively according to program control requirements to ensure the normal operation of the dust collector.

Dust falls into the mixing tank or the ash storage room.
