The horizontal wrapping machine uses a slewing arm system to rotate around the goods that are moving horizontally and at a constant speed. At the same time, the stretching mechanism adjusts the tension of the wrapping film to package the object into a tight whole and form a spiral regular packaging on the surface of the object. Used in plastic profiles, aluminum, plates, pipes, dyed fabrics and other industries. It can improve packaging efficiency, reduce losses during shipping, and has the advantages of dustproof, moisture-proof, and reduced packaging costs. The inner diameter is 50-76mm, the outer diameter is 100-400mm, and the width is 45-120mm. The wrapping film/textile tape/composite paper tape is used. The packaging film material frame is installed parallel to the wrapping ring or installed on the side. The packaging film is perforated and wrapped.

1. The operator adjusts the position between the swivel ring and the object according to the size of the object to be packaged, as long as the swivel ring passes through the inner hole without any obstacles.

2. Place the object to be packaged on the horizontal roller and enter the specifications of the packaged product (no need to enter if the product specifications have not changed).

3. Then wrap the wrapping film around the edge of the object to be wrapped, press the start switch, the aluminum ring begins to rotate, and then the roller drives the object to be wrapped to rotate 360° horizontally, and then automatically stops or press the stop switch. The aluminum rings and rollers stopped running.

4. After completing the packaging, glue the tail strap with tape. Remove the packaged objects.
