6. The goods should be placed within the scope of the turntable. If the goods are too large, they should be operated according to the actual space of the machine, otherwise the machine may be damaged.

7. The electrical cabinet should be closed, and the electrical components and electrical connections should be cleaned and checked regularly to ensure that the equipment is normal.

8. The stability of the voltage is very important for the long-term use of the electrical components inside the machine. The stable voltage can perfectly protect the frequency converter and other components.

9. The power socket must be in good contact. Poor contact will increase the voltage and current loss of the plug, causing voltage instability and even fire; if the winding machine is used in a fixed place, it is recommended to cancel the plug and directly fix the power cord on the electrical appliance under the switch

10. The power supply adopts a single-phase three-wire power supply. The grounding wire ensures the safety of machine leakage and effectively eliminates power clutter interference. It is necessary to provide reliable live wires, neutral wires and ground wires for correct connection: if the machine is often moved, it must be replaced every time the power supply is replaced. Measure the voltage and connect the power cord according to the correct connection.

11. As a machine with low-power single-phase power supply, it is easily affected by nearby high-power equipment, especially high-power motors, so keep as far away from these equipment as possible

12. The power transmission line will generate an electromagnetic field, and the winding machine should be far away from the high-power transmission line.

13. Before checking the electrical cabinet, the main power supply must be turned off to ensure that the main power supply is not connected during the operation.

14. The electrical cabinet must be checked before use. When the machine is in the process of transportation, transfer or long-term use, the wiring of the electrical cabinet may be loose. Check whether the wiring is firmly connected and whether the electrical components are still fixed.

15 Regularly clean the electrical cabinet. Electrical components need a clean environment. In different occasions, the electrical cabinet will have different degrees of dust. 16. When the machine is in normal use, be sure to close the electrical cabinet and lock the door.

17. The limit switch is a safety switch to ensure the movement of components. The firmness, accurate position and reliable performance of the lifting limit switch should be checked regularly. The limit switch circuit is not changed and damaged.

18. For the photoelectric switch, it is necessary to wipe the light eye of the photoelectric switch frequently to prevent it from being blocked by dust, otherwise it will affect the packaging effect.

19 Use for a certain period of time to check whether the proximity switch is firm and in its original position.

20. The lifting of the membrane frame and the rotation of the turntable are all driven by chains. The chain needs to be properly tight to ensure the stability of the transmission. If the chain becomes loose, the lifting chain and the turntable chain should be properly tightened so that they still maintain a proper tightness.

21. According to the frequency of use, an appropriate amount of grease should be added to the chain regularly.

22. The film frame and the lifting trolley are fixed by bolts, check the firmness every period of time, and maintain it.

23. After the machine parameters are set by technicians according to the actual needs, try to ensure that they will not be changed, so as to ensure the consistency of the wrapping effect. The weight of the turntable is supported by the nylon backing, do not exceed the rated bearing capacity of the machine.

24. When placing the workpiece on the pallet, it should be handled as lightly as possible, so that the pallet can be maintained for a long time

25. Regularly replace the tugboat, and all of them should be replaced when replacing. Partial replacement is more likely to cause damage to the tugboat.
