Quantitative Packaging Machine

The quantitative packaging machine is a high-tech product of mechatronics. It is suitable for automatic metering of granular and flaky loose materials in the grain, feed, fertilizer, chemical and other industries. It is usually used in semi-automatic packaging lines with packaging requirements of 5~50kg. Plastic woven bags are used, bagging is done manually, and the bags are automatically clamped, metered, filled, dropped, and conveyed. The semi-automatic packaging process is completed by manually assisting in the automatic sewing of the sewing station.

5. The famous brand pneumatic actuator is used, and the inlet and outlet pressures of the cylinder are adjustable, which makes the work more reliable and pollution-free. The parts in contact with the material are made of stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and has a long service life of the equipment.

6. Design, electrical appliances, weighing system are all protected to ensure equipment and personal safety.

7. Humanized design. When the packaging volume changes, the conveyor height, bag sewing machine height, and guardrail position are easy to adjust; the conveyor is equipped with a back switch, and for packages with defective stitching, they can be returned for secondary stitching.
